An Overview List of new features

• Payroll:
  • The Special Accounts for Payroll have been moved to a new area.
  • Direct Deposit settings have been given their own menu item.
  • Record of Employment forms are more easily generated, and may be edited prior to printing. The forms may be printed or filed electronically.
  • T4s and the T4 Summary may now be edited prior to printing or filing.
• Sales Taxes: The ability to properly handle POS rebates has been added (for example books and medical supplies are subject to HST at a lower rate).
• On Purchase Orders the sales tax fields are now available for editing.
• When posting an A/P Invoice from within Purchase Order, the sales tax amount fields are now available similar to posting an invoice from within A/P.
• Point of Sale (POS) has been completely revamped and enhanced:
  • Touch-screen friendly
  • Gift receipts
  • Quick tender buttons (eg $10, $20,...)
  • Salesperson prompt
  • Support for Customer Ship-to address
  • Hold a sale (customer has to get "just one more thing", price check, etc)
  • View POS history
  • Reverse a POS sale
